I've always been attracted to the charm, elegance, and sometimes funky character of homes in New Orleans. When we acquired many of these homes, we sought to update them to the modern housing desires without losing the historic feel of the homes.    As owners, we're very involved in the upkeep and maintenance of the homes.   We like being the kind of landlords you'll frequently see around your home, making sure the house is as comfortable as can be. The land we have in Laplace is also historic.  Located along Airline Highway (the fabled "blues" highway that was home to Robert Johnson and the subject of Bob Dylan's 1965 Opus) the land presents a unique opportunity for a business to locate between Louisiana's two largest cities.   We're less than a half-hour from New Orleans and close to roads, interstate highways, rail transportation and the Mississippi River itself.
