John Esparros

It is truly a privilege to be working full time managing properties that were owned by my father and grandfather and to continue and expand this business with my brother.  Together he and I have acquired some newer properties by exchanging some of their older properties, but one way or the other we own what we own today because of their efforts.  Today we manage residential properties built in the early 1900's and early 2000, with a few in between, and commercial property that we hope will soon be occupied with new office and warehouse space. It is our goal to gradually and steadily improve each of our residential properties and bring today's technology to them.   We know we need personal, hands-on attention to make this happen.  We are both committed to this goal. Businesses grow and flourish via partnerships and for us that is our tenants.  We own property, but our business is to service these assets so that they provide a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants. Our commercial property possibilities are quite diverse.  We have many opportunities to improve our holdings along Airline Highway in East St. John the Baptist Parish.  We have held discussions with current and prospective tenants on a wide variety of business ideas. We hope to see office, warehouse, and possibly retail activity in the near future.
